About Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic
Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic was founded in 2015 by Dr. Michael Penkin and Dr. Sarah Tirimacco. Since then, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary team of 8 Doctors of Chiropractic, 3 Licensed Massage Therapists, and 6 dedicated administrative professionals. We recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility located in Brighton Corners Office Park in Brighton, NY.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and compassionate Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will be evidence-based practitioners with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for patient-centered care. An interest in fitness, wellness, or women’s health is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Deliver exceptional, individualized chiropractic care using evidence-informed techniques.
- Complete accurate and timely SOAP notes by Sunday evening each week.
- Submit any required clinical documentation including insurance summaries and referrals.
- Communicate effectively with patients and internal team members to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with colleagues on patient management, including referrals to other providers.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Keep your treatment room clean and contribute to overall office tidiness.
- Participate in mandatory team meetings (weekly and/or monthly).
- Maintain an active presence in PHC marketing initiatives:
- Regular social media engagement
- Blog writing or educational contributions as needed
- Attending outreach events
- Maintain regular check-ins with your assigned mentor for professional development and support.
Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Completion of NBCE Boards Parts I–IV
- Eligibility for or possession of an active NYS chiropractic license
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
